Job Title: Business Development Executive
Start date: ASAP
Salary Range: £34,000 – £38,000 per annum (plus performance-based bonus)
Hours: 40 per week
Reporting To: Managing Director

Responsibilities:
Your role will be to support the current and future business development activities and support the Business Development team in expanding the business. Key responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers and build tailored prospect lists.
- Engage directly with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics and content for social media posts and advertisements
- Build lasting relationships with clients and prospects through trust and credibility.
- Support the sales pipeline by tracking and updating opportunities.
- Actively represent Resonate Testing through networking, tradeshows, conference events
- Handle administrative tasks and other marketing activities as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or technical sales, ideally within aerospace, energy storage or testing services
- Organisation skills and attention to detail
- A creative mindset and ability to generate innovative ideas
- Excellent communication skill, both written and oral
- Ability to travel as required
