Pressure testing involves applying stored energy to an assembly of parts, in order to verify its strength, its integrity and/or its functionality.
Resonate Testing Ltd. has a range of fluid rigs to provide testing across many industries and pressure ranges.
Test fluids include Skydrol, MIL-PRF-23699 (turbine oil), Jet A ,SAE 20 oil and all common hydraulic fluids.
Testing can be carried out:
At normal operating pressures of 3,000 psi (206 bar) and 5,075 psi (350 bar),
Up to 50,000 psi for low flows or static testing,
At high temperature (135 deg C) or room temperature for proof and burst tests.
Heating fluids to perform tests right at the limits of the operating envelope with oils at 200+ deg C and jet fuels at 160+ deg C inlet temperatures, at range flow rates.
